<br />-3- <br />1~~z- <br />provided, however, that the amount of such tax sha,LZ be reduced to the ex- <br />tent that surplus earnings of the sanitary sewerage system sha11 be avail- <br />able and appropriated for the payment of interest and principal of such <br />notes or of the bonds anticipated thereby. <br />Said tax shall be and is hereby ordered computed, certified, levied <br />and extended upon the tax duplicate and collected by the same officers, in <br />the same mealner and at the same time tkat taxes far genera], purposes for <br />each of said years are certified, extended and collected. The Clerk is hereby directed to forward a certified copy <br />of this ordinance to the County Auditor. <br />Section 10.
