<br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTTFICATE <br />North 0lmsted, Ohio <br />December 2, 1968 <br />TO THE COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTID) OHIO: " <br />The undersigned, as fiscal officer of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, as defined by Revised Code Section 133.01, hereby certifies in <br />connection with your proposed issue of notes and bonds for the purpose <br />of paying the property owners' portion and the City's portion of the <br />cost of improving Dover Center Road by constructin$ a concrete sidewalk <br />on the easterly side of said street between Lorain Roa.d and Butternut <br />Ridge Road in accordance with Resolution No. 6$-144, adopted September 3, <br />1968, as follows: <br />l. That the estimated life of the property proposed to be acquired <br />frarn the proceeds of said issue is hereby certified to be at least five <br />years. <br />2. That the maximum maturity of such bonds calculated in accordmce <br />with the provisions of Section 133•20 of the Revised Code is twenty years, <br />but by reason of the faet that the assessments to pay the property <br />owners' portion of the cost of said improvement will be levied for five <br />yeaxs, the maximum maturity of such bonds may not exceed fi.ve years. <br />3.
