r• <br />? <br />6 <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 68 Z/3 <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A <br />QUIT-CLAIM DEED TO BLOSSOM LAND CORPORATION. <br />u <br />WHEREAS, Blossom Land Corporation has developed tand in the City of <br />North Olmsted under the " cluster zoning " provisions of the North Olmsted Zoning <br />Code ; and <br />WHEREAS, Blossom land Corporation temporarily deeded land to the City <br />of North Olmsted to be held until the exact amount , and the location of land, which <br />was due the City of IVorth Olmsted, could be determined ; and <br />WHEREAS, Blossom Land Corporation has deeded to the City of 1Vorth <br />Olmsted the required amount of land in a location satisfactory to Council , and <br />Coun cil now wishes to return the land , temporarily deeded to the City of N'orth <br />Olmsted, to its rightful owner Blossom Land Corporation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a quit-claim deed to <br />the Blossom Land Corporation for land temporarily deeded to the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />Section 2. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br />according to Articles IV, Section 12 of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />,. <br />Florence Holm, Clerk of Council Francis J.
