CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED BY ORDINANCE N0. 68-188 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION SWEETBRIAR DRIVE, FROM WINTON PARK DRIVE 1,256 FEET EAST, LIMPERT LANE, BRISTOL LANE, KINGSTON CIRCLE TO ITS TERMINUS IN A CUL- DE-SAC, WINTON PARK DRIVE, DARBY LANE, CHAPEL HILL, FAIR- FAX LANE, SUDBURY DRIVE, PARK PLACE, WATERBURY CIRCLE TO ITS TERMINUS IN A CUL-DE-SAC, IN SANDY RIDGE SUBDIVISION N0 . rL R WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council that . all of the improvements shown on the improvement plans of Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 2, previously approved by this Council, have been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications shown thereon. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section l: That this Council does hereby accept for dedication Sweetbriar Drive, from Winton Park Drive 1,256 feet east, Limpert Lane, Bristo.l. Lane, Kingston Circle to its terminus in a cul-de-sac, Winton Park Drive, Darby Lane, Chapel Hill, Fairfax Lane, Sudbury Drive, Park Place, Waterbury Circle to its terminus in a cul- de-sac, in Sandy ftidge Subdivision No. 2, Section 2: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare of the City, such emergency existing by virtue of the immediate necessity of fixing the immediate responsibility of the safety, maintenance and protection of the streets invo)ved: WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law.
