CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BY <br />ORDINANCE N0. 68-188 <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION SWEETBRIAR DRIVE, <br />FROM WINTON PARK DRIVE 1,256 FEET EAST, LIMPERT LANE, <br />BRISTOL LANE, KINGSTON CIRCLE TO ITS TERMINUS IN A CUL- <br />DE-SAC, WINTON PARK DRIVE, DARBY LANE, CHAPEL HILL, FAIR- <br />FAX LANE, SUDBURY DRIVE, PARK PLACE, WATERBURY CIRCLE TO <br />ITS TERMINUS IN A CUL-DE-SAC, IN SANDY RIDGE SUBDIVISION <br />N0 . rL R <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council that . <br />all of the improvements shown on the improvement plans of Sandy Ridge <br />Subdivision No. 2, previously approved by this Council, have been <br />completed in accordance with the plans and specifications shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That this Council does hereby accept for <br />dedication Sweetbriar Drive, from Winton Park Drive 1,256 feet east, <br />Limpert Lane, Bristo.l. Lane, Kingston Circle to its terminus in a <br />cul-de-sac, Winton Park Drive, Darby Lane, Chapel Hill, Fairfax Lane, <br />Sudbury Drive, Park Place, Waterbury Circle to its terminus in a cul- <br />de-sac, in Sandy ftidge Subdivision No. 2, <br />Section 2: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare of the City, such emergency existing by virtue of the <br />immediate necessity of fixing the immediate responsibility of the safety, <br />maintenance and protection of the streets invo)ved: WHEREFORE, this <br />Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, <br />otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSE 3 `? <br />ATT E S T:%'? <br />Florence Holm, <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: ';. ? `Q <br />_ I O <br />? . <br />Ralph .
