RESOLUTION <br />?U ? ? LUTION APPROVING <br />EQUALTZATION BOARD ON <br />ESTTMATED ASSESSMENTS <br />STDEWALK IMPROVENNIENNT ? <br />N0. "?/ t;L, <br />TfE REPORT OF THE ASSESSMENT <br />OBJECTIOlVS CONCERN.LNG TSE <br />FOR THE DOVER CENTER ROAD <br />AND DECLARING AN EMEliGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Assessment Equalization Board heretofore a,ppointed by Resolu- <br />tion No. 68-168 of this Council passed October 15, 1968, to hear and determine <br />all objections concerning the estimated assessments for the Dover Center Road <br />sidewalk impravement set forth in Resolution No. 68-14+, adopted September 3, <br />1968, has filed its report with this Council as to its determination of such <br />objections; and <br />WHEREAS, Council deems such report proper in all respects; <br />NOW, TAEREFORE? BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Cuyahoga County, Ohio <br />Section 1. The report of the Assessment Equalization Boa.rd hereinbefore <br />recited be and the same is hereby approved and the estimated assessments confirmed <br />by said Board be and they are hereby directed to be filed in the office of the <br />Clerk of Council. <br />Section 2. This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the iramediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety <br />of said City, and for the further reason that the immediate construction of said <br />improvement is necessary to permit safe passage by persons using said street and <br />to eliminate existing hazards to pedestrians; wherefore, this resolution shall <br />be in full force and effect fram and iimned3ately after its passage a.nd approval. <br />PassEn: <br />ATTEST : 2&sad CA) 9'V&9»1/ <br />Florence Holm <br />Clerk of Council <br />APPROVEn : /,/!r /Id <br />?"Ip dL?? <br />h .
