CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68- <br />BY ?( <br />? <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING LINDSAY SUBDIVISION <br />FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Lindsay Subdivision has heretofore been <br />filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred to <br />Council ; and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains two ( 2)SuWots and no <br />street ; and <br />WHEREAS , said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being <br />in conformance to the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of <br />the Planning Commission of the plat of Lindsay Subdivision, and having been <br />advised by the Cfty Engineer that it meets the requirements of the Resolutions <br />and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat, for <br />record purposes only. <br />Section 2. Whereby this Resolution is declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health <br />and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that the development of the City <br />of North Olmsted may proceed in an orderly manner as rapidly as possi.ble. <br />WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED:, r[,cl (a 9 6 C' <br />ATTEST: <br />. ; . <br />Florence Holm, Clerk of Council Francis J.
