CI TY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />OaZG;3 RESOLUTION N0. ?g- 17 3 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT OF '1HE ASSESSMENT EQUALIZATION <br />BOARD ON OBJECTIONS CONCERNING THE ESTIMATED ASSESSMENTS FOR THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF SOt.1THERN A,VF'NUE., DECKER ROAD A1VD MIDVALE AVENUE <br />IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTEDP OHIO? BY GRADINGi DRAINING., C[TRBING, <br />PAVING? CONSTRUCTIlVG SIDEWALKS? AND INSTALLING SAlVITARY SEWER., <br />STORM SEWER APID WATER CURB CONNECTIONS WHERE NECESSARY? AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERCENCY. <br />WHEF2EAS., the Assessmnt Equalization Board heretofore appointed by <br />Resolution No. 68 -11+3 of this Council passed September 3, 1968, to hear and <br />determire al1 objections concerning the estimated assessments for the improvt- <br />ment of 5outhern Avenue from a point 140 feet west of the westerly lim of <br />Decker Road easterly to Burns Road, Decker Road from Southern Avenue to Midvale <br />Avenue, and Midvale Avenue from Decker Road to Burns Road by grading, draining, <br />curbing, paving, constructixig sidewalks, and installing sanitary sewer, storm <br />sewer and water curb corunections where necessary in accordance with Resolution <br />No. 68-137 of this Council passed August 13, 1968, has filed its report with <br />this Council as to its determination of such objections; and <br />WHEREAS, Council deems such report proper in all respects; <br />NOW., THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio: <br />Section 1. The report of the Assessment Equalization Board herein- <br />before recited be and the same is hereby approved and the assessments as <br />equalized by said Board and reported by it be and they are hereby directed to <br />be filed in the office of the Clerk of Council. <br />Section 2. That the amount by which the original estimated assess- <br />ments were reduced by the Assessmnt Equalization Boaxd shall be assumed by <br />tYe City in addition to the portion of the cost of the improvement which the <br />City is required to beax under Resolution No. 68-137. <br />Section 3.
