CITY OF NORTH OU'lSTLD <br />RESOLUTTOPI N0. ??? 14 <br />? - __----- <br />BY <br />A FtESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ASSESSNT;NT EQUALIZATION <br />BOABD TO HEA.R 0&TECTIONS RELATIVE TO THE IP4t'ROVF'?NIMENT <br />OF DOVER CENTER ROAD BY CONSTRUCTING SIDEWALKS ON THE <br />EASTERI,Y SIDE TIiERLOF, ASdD DECLARING AN EP?ERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City o:C North Olmsted, Cu;jahoga <br />County, Ohio; <br />Section 1: That J6,11AUiS ? <br />. <br />and ??t, §kj`:ZAw , three disinterested freeholders of said City <br />be andthey are hereby appointed to act as an Assessment Equalization <br />Board to hear and detertnine all timely written objections to the <br />estimated assessments heretofore reported to this Council of the cost <br />of constructing a concrete sidewalk on the easterly side of Dover Center <br />Road between Lorain Road and Butternut Ridge Road, and to equalize the <br />sazne as to them seems pro er, in accordance with the law and with <br />Resolution No. -h 9-14 ' adopted September 3, 1968. <br />Section 2; The Board shall first meet for tne above purpose at <br />the Council Chambers in the City Hall on the -2q#.iA- day of <br />1968, at 10,?00 @ yh, o'clock p.m. and upon the campletion of such <br />equaliza-tion sha11 report such equalized assessments to Council. <br />Section 3; This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, <br />health and safety of said City, and for the further reason that the im- <br />mediate construction of said sidewalks is necessary to permit safe <br />passage by persons using Dover Center Road and to eliminate existing <br />hazards to pedestrians; -vrnerefore, this resolution shall be in full <br />force and effect from and immediately after its passage and approval. <br />PASSED : S, <br />ATTES • ?_?_ <br />F orence Holm, Clerk of Council <br />Francis J. 0 Neil , lAresident of <br />Counci <br />APPROVED : W-/,l /L O di? <br />Ralph C.
