CITY OF NORTH OIMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. bg ° 144 <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ASSESSMENT EQUALIZATION <br />$OARD TO HEAR OBJECTSONS RELA.TIVE TO THE IMPROVE- <br />MENT OF DOVER CENTER ROAD AND CERTAIN OTHER STREETS <br />AND PUBLIC EASEMENTS BY CONSTRUCTING SANITARY SEWERS, <br />SEWER CUBB CONNECTIONS AND NECESSARY APPURTENANCES, <br />AND DECLARTNG AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RCSOLVED by the Council of the City of North Qlmsted, Cuya'noga <br />County, Ohio: <br />Section l; That Jilrtlq 1AV1S Wvl&a-. <br />and ?RAl three disinterested fr-ee' holders of sald <br />City be and they are hereby appointed to act as an Assessment Equaliza- <br />tion Board to hear and determine all timely wxitten objections to the <br />estimated assessments heretoiore reported to this Council of the cost <br />of improving Dover Center Road and other streets and easements beti,teen <br />the termini set forth in Resolution No. 68-142, adopted September 3, <br />1968, (Sewer Contract No. 12) by constructing sanitary sewers, sewer <br />curb connections and necessary appuxtenances, including necessary street <br />resurfacing and restoration of drainage facilities, and to equalize the <br />same as to them seems proper, in accordance zdth law and with said <br />Resolution No. 68-142. <br />Section 2: The Board shall first meet for the a,bove purpose at the <br />Council Chambers in the City Hall on the ?q'?- day of Q?,? , <br />1968, at t m. o'clock p.m. and upon the completion of such equaliza- <br />tion shall rsuch equalized assessments to Council. <br />Section 3: This resolutian is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, <br />health and safety of said City, and for the further reason that the im- <br />mediate constrzction of said improvement is necessary to protect the <br />health of the abutting owners and the inhabitants or the City; wherefore, <br />this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and immediately <br />after its passage and approval. <br />? / pQ1 <br />PASSED: <br />r <br />? <br />ATTEST : T4=''` ' <br />Flo ence Ho1m, Clerk of Council Francis J. 0 Nei , esident of <br />Coun <br />APPROVED : 1D/I S-1a <br />• <br />Ra ph .
