CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 68-155 PAGE 2 <br />Section 3. That all full-time employees of the Administration <br />Department shall receive the following holidays off, unless required to <br />work by the Mayor in emergencies, and shall receive regular rate of pay; <br />New Years Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving <br />Day; and Christmas Qay. <br />Section 4. That the purpose of this ordinance is to establish <br />the Administration Department and salaries to be paid, which shall not <br />in any way be construed as limiting the authority of the Mayor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, as established by the Charter of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />Section5. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to <br />forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Administration Department <br />immediately upon its passage. <br />Section 6. That all ordinances or resolution, or parts of <br />ordinances or parts of resolutions, and especially Ordinances No. 64-20 <br />and 68-48 inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby <br />repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 7.
