CITY OF N'ORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 68- PAGE 4 <br />S CHE DULE D <br />( Commerical and Industrial Establishments ) <br />For sanitary sewers constructed after August 1, 1968 : <br />Except as hereinafter provided, the following tap-in charges shall <br />be applicable depending upon the size of the water meter installed or to be <br />installed. <br />Water Meter Size Charcie <br />5/8" $702.00 <br />3/4" $1, 055. 00 <br />1" $1, 580. 00 <br />1 1/2" $2, 808.00 <br />2" $4, 212. 00 <br />Provided, however, that if the water to be used on the premises is and <br />will not be measured by a water meter, the Director of Public Service shall, on <br />the basis of accepted engineering practices and lurther on the basis of require- <br />ments of similar or comparable establishments, determine the size of a watea- <br />meter that would be required to serve the premises and the meter size so deter- <br />mined shall be used incalculating the charge under the foregoing schedule B <br />and D. <br />Section 3. That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the City of North Olmsted by virtue of the fact that the <br />tap-in charges are urgently necessary to the proper operation and conduct of the <br />municipal sanitary sewerage system.
