Elmhurst Road from Whitehaven Avenue southeasterly a distance <br />of $73.6 feet to Lorain Road; <br />o. Northerly side of Lorain Road fram Elmhuxst Road southwesterly <br />a distance of 1560 feet; <br />p. Northerly side of Lorain Road from Elmhurst Road northeasterly <br />a distance of 2264 feet; <br />q. Northerly side of Lorain Road from the southwestern terminus <br />of an existing sanitary sewer which is 205 feet southwesterly <br />of West Park Drive, thence southwesterly a distance of 1035 <br />feet; <br />r. Ranchview Avenue Extension in a public easement from Byron <br />Drive southerly along the northerly extension of fanchview <br />Avenue a distance of 852 feet to West Ranchview Avenue; <br />s. Ranchview Avenue from West Ranchview Avenue southerly a dis- <br />tance of 1205 feet; <br />t. West Ranchview Avenue from the northerly intersection with <br />Ranchview Avenue thence westerly, southerly and easterly a <br />distance of 1475 feet; <br />u. An 8-inch force ma.in from the sewage lift station to be con- <br />structed on the south side of Broxbourne Roa,d at a point 180 <br />feet west of Guilford Avenue, thence easterly in Broxbourne <br />Road to Overbrook Avenue, thence continuing easterly in a <br />public easement a distance of 1954.8 feet to Parkstone Avenue, <br />thence northerly in Parkstone Avenue a distance of 1703.2 <br />feet, thence easterly and northerly in a public easement a <br />distance of 242 feet to an existing manhole. <br />Section 2. It is hereby determined and declared that said improvement is <br />conducive to the public health, convenience and welfare of said City and the <br />inhabitants thereof. Council further finds and determines that said streets <br />and easements, or parts thereof, to be improved are so situated in relation to <br />each other that in order to complete the improvement thereof in the most practical <br />and economical manner, they shall be improved at the same time, with the same kind <br />of materials and in the same manner, this determination being ma.de pursuant to <br />Revised Cofle Section 727.09. <br />Section 3. That the grade of said streets, easements and improvement shall <br />be the grade as shown by the plans and profiles which have been prepared by the <br />City's Consulting Engineers and which are made a part hereof. <br />Section 4. That the plans, specifications, estimates and profiles of the <br />proposed improvement, heretofore prepared by the City's Consulting Engineers and <br />now on file in the office of the Clerk of this Council, are hereby approved. <br />Section 5. That the entire cost of said improvement, less at least two <br />percent thereof and the cost of intersections, shall be assessed in proportion <br />to the benefits which may result therefrom upon all lots and lands bounding a.nd <br />abutting upon the proposed i.mprovement between the termini aforesaid, which said <br />lots and lands are hereby determined to be specially benefited by said improvement; <br />and the cost of said improvement shall include the cost of preliminary and other <br />surveys, plans, specifications, profiles and estimates and of printing, serving <br />and publishing notices, resolutions and ordinances, the amount of damages resulting <br />from the improvement assessed in favor of any owner of land affected by the improve-
