FOR RECORD PURPOSES <br />ONLY, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 6 has heretofore <br />been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred to <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains forty ( 40 ) sublots and three ( 3) <br />streets, to-wit: Woodpark Lane, Blossom Lane and SanderLane ; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has bean approved. by the City Engineer as being in <br />conformance to the resolutions and erdinances of the C1ty of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of the <br />Planning Commission of the plat of Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 6 and having <br />been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirer.lents of the resolutions <br />and ordinances of the City of North'Olmsted, hereby approves said plat, for <br />record purposes only. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby determined to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservatidn of the public peace, safety , health and <br />welfare of the City by virtue of the necessity that the development of the City <br />proceed in an orderly manner as rapid?,? as possible.
