CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68-/40 <br />BY . ?A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SANDY RIDGE <br />SUBDIVISION NO. 5 FOR RECORD PURPOSES <br />ONLY, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />. WHEREAS, the plat of the Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 5 has heretofore <br />been filed withthe Planning Commission and by it approved and referred to Council; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains twelve ( 12 ) sublots and one ( 1) <br />street, to-wit : Blossom Boulevard ; and <br />WHEREAS, 'said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in <br />conformance to the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />IVOW, TI-E REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Sectipn 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of the <br />Planning Commission of the plat of Sandy Ridge Subdivision No. 5 and having been <br />advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the resolutions and <br />ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat, for record <br />purposes only. Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby determined-to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health and <br />welfare of the City by virtue of the necessity that the development of the City <br />proceed in an orderly manner as rapidly as possible.
