CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 68- ,/,2 t7 <br /> 1 <br /> <br /> <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE CREATING A PETTY CASH FLTND <br />FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT DETECTIVE <br />BUREAU. <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that a petty <br />cash fund be created for the Police Department Detective Bureau ; and <br />WHEREAS, Council is of the opinion that it would be to the best <br />interest of the citizens of the City of North Olmsted that a petty cash fund <br />be created for use by the Police Department Detective Bureau. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1: That there be created a petty cash fund for the Police <br />Department Detective Bureau in the amount of $50.00. <br />Section 2: That Council hereby directs that a copy of this Ordinance <br />be delivered to the Finance Director to pay the necessary funds over to the <br />Police Department Detective Bureau. <br />Section 3: WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force at the earliest period allowed by Article IV, Section 12 of the Charter of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: ` <br />i <br />, Clerk of Council Francis J.O'Neil , P sident of Council 10 <br />A-c~rt o ro <br />APPROVED=_: 7114 la <br />"I I . <br />Ralph E.
