? , • CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 68- 1'3 BY ? • ? ?1 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHART OF THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT SETTING FORTH THE COMPLEMENT OF THE BUILDING DEPART- MENT RND ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION TO BE PAID TO THE EMPLOYEES OF THE BUILDING DEPART- MENT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, Couno-il wishes to establish the Organizational Chart for the Building Department into a separate Ordinance setting forth the personnel neede&, and WHEREAS, Council wishes to establish the compensation to be paid to the employees of the Building Department; and Wf3EREAS, the establishing of an Organizational Chart together with the salaries to be paid will assist the finance director in paying the remunera- tion established to the employees of the Building Department. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohi o: Section 1: That the complement of the Building Department is hereby established and set forth as follows: Building Commissioner Chief Building Inspector Assistant Building Inspectors Plumbing and Sewer Inspector: Heatinq and Ventilating Inspector Electrical Inspector Secretary to the Building Commissioner Clerical Help Part time Clerical Help Section 2: That retroactive to January 1, 1968, the remuneration to be paid the employees of the Building Department shall be as follows: Building Commissioner Chief Building Inspector Assistant Building Inspectors Plumbing and Sewer Inspector Heating & Ventilating Inspector Electrical Inspector Secretary to the Building Commissioner Clerical Help Part time Clerical Help $7 , 500 to $9 , 500 Annually $5,500 to $7,700 Annually $5,500 to $7,500 Annually $6, 300 to $7, 700 Annually $4 , 000 Annually part-time $4, 000 Annually part-time $4, 000 to $5 , 000 Annually $3,000 to $4, 100 Annually U.p to $1, 5 00 Annually
