That there be appropriated from the SPECIAL ASSESSMENT BOND RETIREMENT FUND ........................$276,165.70 Section 12. That there be appropriated from the PACKAGE SEWER PLANTS FUND ......................................$ 301581.26 Section 13. That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. Section 14. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other specific appropriations herein made. its passage.
