CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68-1 <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS <br />FOR NEW TIRES AND TUBES FOR USE BY THE CITY, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends the purchase of <br />new tires and tubes for city use; and <br />WHEREAS, Council has determined that the city is in need of <br />new tires and tubes. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Service and Public Safety <br />be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for new tires and tubes to be <br />used by the City according to specifications now on file in his office. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the City since the City is in immediate need of new tires <br />and tubes.
