CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLU71 ON' , NO. 68- ,Z2, <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SAFETY AND PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE <br />FOR BIDS FOR ONE THOUSAND TONS OF ASPHALT, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio: <br />Sectinn 1: That the Director of Public Service and Public Safety <br />be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for One thousand tons of <br />Asphalt for use in repairing the streest of the City, all in accordance with speei- <br />fications now on file in his office. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the public peace, safety and welfare of the <br />City by virtue of the necessity of obtaining material for the repair of the city's <br />streets and roads as soon as weather permits.
