<br />SOUTH, WEST SIDE 0 F ROAD; DECKER ROAD, MIDVALE TO LORAIN ROAD,
<br />BOTH SIDES; SOUTH BARTON ROAD, FROM LORAIN ROAD TO 2716 ft.
<br />SOUTH, BOTH SIDES OF ROAD; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Council of the City of North Olmsted,
<br />State of Ohio:
<br />Section l: That the Director of Public Service and Public
<br />Safety is hereby instructed to direct the City Engineer to prepare plans
<br />and specifications in anticipation of installing sidewalks for the 1968
<br />program for pover Center Road, from Lorain Road to Butternut Ridge Road,
<br />east side of road; Butternut Ridge Road, from Fitch Road to Columbia Road,
<br />south side of road; Esther Avenue, from Clague Road to City Limits, both
<br />sides of street; Virginia Avenue, from Clague Road to City Limits, both
<br />sides of street; Columbia Road, from Lorain Road to Gessner Road, west side
<br />of road; Maple Ridge Road, from Columbia Road to Walter Road, south side of
<br />road; Theresa Lane, from Walter Road to 193 ft. west, both sides of road;
<br />Root Road, from Lorain Road to 2820 ft. north, west side of road; Canterbury
<br />Road, from Butternut Ridge Road to 1000 ft. south, west side of road; Decker
<br />Road, Midvale Avenue to Lorain Road, both sides; South Barton Road, from
<br />Lorain Road to 2716 ft. south, both sides of road.
<br />Section 2: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emer-
<br />gency measure necessary for the public safety, health and welfare by virtue
<br />of the fact that the 1968 sidewalk program must be commenced immediately to
<br />insure the cornpletion of same during the building months ahead. WHEREFORE,
<br />this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage,
<br />otherwise, at the earliest period permitted by law.
