CI TY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION N0. 68-32 BY Y? • t I J_ A RESOLUTI ON RECOGNI ZI NG A MORAL CLAI M AGAI NST THE CI TY OF NORTH OLMSTED TO MRS, L. W. CAMP I N THE AMOUNT OF FI FTY DOLLARS ($50.00), AND DECLARI NG AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the Municipal Development Committee of Council advised the Council of the City of North Olmsted that Mrs. L. W. Camp has a claim against the City of North Olmsted in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00), which resulted from the installation of sani- tary sewers on Kennedy Ridge Road, and WHEREAS, Council, from its committee report, has decided that a moral claim exists in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section l: That the City of North Olmsted recognizes the moral claim of Mrs. L. W. Camp, and hereby instructs the Director of Finance to issue a check in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) in payment of said moral claim. Section 2: That the Clerk of Council is instructed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Director of Finance in order that he may issue a check to Mrs. L. W. Camp, in the amount of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). Section 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and welfare and safety of the City by virtue of the fact that [t is Council's desire to reimburse Mrs. L. W. Camp the amount of claim at the earliest possible time. WHEREFORE, this Resolu- tion shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise at the earliest period allowed by law. ,Z PASSED- ATTEST : ?Flor?ence 1? r o?+??
