CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />kESOLUT.GON NO. 68- 3-3 <br />BY_ <br />.? <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SAFETY-SERVlCE DIRECTOR <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR SEWER INSPECTION EQUIPMENT <br />FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $25,000.00, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, Council has been advised by the Director of <br />Public Service and Director of Public Safety that it is necessary that <br />sewer inspection equipment be purchased for use in theCity of North <br />Olmsted; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of theCity <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Safety-Service Director be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for the sewer inspection equipment for an <br />amount not to exceed $25,000.00, and upon approval by the Board of <br />Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and ex- <br />ecute same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for the said sewer <br />inspection equipment. <br />Section 2:T-,!hat this Resolutfan is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of the City by viture of obtaining sewer inspection for the year <br />1968.
