LI-91 <br />BY <br />U <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING Ar0 DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON CERTAIN PERMANENT PARCELS <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY <br />SEWER LATERAL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance Director <br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />WHEREAS, the following persons have paid in full the future payments for <br />special assessments on certain parcels as set forth betow: <br /> <br />Perm. Parcel # . <br />236-15-20 Herwald 5760 Columbia Road $1,535•5$ <br />234-28-86 Owner 28598 Siruce 1,070.46 <br />234-28-44 Hester 28365 Elder 954.18 <br />235-12-12 McChesney 5593 Burns 604.96 <br />235-12-13 McChesney 5593 Burns 465.50 <br />234-25-9 Hart 5872 McKenzie 977.36 <br />235-$-12 Maruna 5969 McKenzie 1,303.02 <br />235-9-$ Engoglia 6325 McKenzie 1,152.16 <br />236-13-9 Donaldson 25304 Kennedy Ridge 1,947.50 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Uhio: <br />Section 1, That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1968 through 1984, +nclusive <br />assessments in full for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />Section 2. That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />ils hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such assessments <br />on said parcels. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4. Wherefore, this Ordiance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and <br />welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of the <br />necessity of cancelling the special assessments on certain permanent parcels for <br />the construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />Section 5.
