. , <br />F'TSCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />December 161 1969 <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO: <br />The undersigned as fiscal officer of the City of North Olmsted, <br />hereby certifies as follows: <br />l. Th.e estimated life of the sewer i.mprovement described in <br />Resolution No. 68-84, adopted May 21, 1968 (Contract 11) is at least <br />five years. <br />2. That the ma.xi.mum maturity of bonds to be issued to pay the <br />property owners' portion of the cost of constructing such improvement <br />calcula.ted in accordance with Revised Code Section 133.20 is forty <br />years, but by reason of the fact that the assessments in anticipation <br />of which said bonds are to be issued are to be collected over a period <br />of twenty years, the maximum maturity of said bonds is twenty years. <br />3. In the event notes are issued in anticipation of the issuance <br />of such bonds the maturity of such notes may not exceed five yea,rs from <br />the date of issuance of the original note, to wit; December 27, 1973, <br />if sold publicly, or one year if sold at private sale. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />? <br />? . . <br />Directo of Finance <br />City o North Olmsted <br />
