ORDINANCE NO. 69-81/(j <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE IVO. 67-245, EIVACTED <br />OCTOBER 17, 1967, AMEIVDING ORDIIVANCE NO. 67-144, EN- <br />ACTED JUN'E 20, 1967, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 63-158, <br />ENACTED JULY 16, 1963, AS AMEN'DED BY ORDIniANCE NO. <br />65-212, ENACTED SEPTEMBER 7, 1965, ENTITLED " AN ORDI- <br />NANCE FI)(ING THE RATES OF FARE FOR TR.AIVSPORTATION <br />SERVICE ON THE NORTH OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINE ON <br />AND AF'TER OCTOBER 30, 1967, " AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, Council having been advised by the Transportation Committee <br />that certain rates of fare for transportation service on the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line should be adjusted ; and <br />WHEREAS, Council has determined that it would be to the best interests of <br />the citizens of the City of North Olmsted that certain fare rates adjustments be made <br />for transporation service on the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line as recommended <br />by the Transportation Committee. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAIIVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section l.
