AOIN. <br />? <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO i?? <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ASSESSMENT EQUALIZATION <br />BOARD TO HEAR OBJECTIONS RELATIVE TO THE IMPROVE- <br />MENT OF COLUNIBIA ROAD AND CERTAIN OTHER STREETS AND <br />PUBLIC EASEMENTS BY CONSTRUCTING SAIVITARY SEWERS., <br />SEWER CURB CONNECTIONS AND NECESSARY APPi1RTENANCES, <br />INCLUDING NECESSARY STREET RESURFACING AND RESTORA- <br />TION OF DRAINAGE FACILITIES (CONTRACT N0. 15-ZONE 2), <br />AND DECLARING AN IIMERGENCY. <br />Ohio: <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, <br />SeCtion 1: That Messrs. A. Conte ? F. Biszantz <br />and D. Evans , three disinterested freeholders of said City <br />be and they are hereby appointed to act as an Assessment Equalization Board to <br />hear and determine all timely written objections to the estimated assessments <br />heretofore reported to this Council of the cost of improving Columbia Road and <br />certain other streets and public easements between the termini set forth in <br />Resolution No. 69-177, adopted October 21, 1969, (Sewer Contract No. 15-Zone 2) <br />by constructing sanitary sewers, sewer curb connections and necessary appurtenances, <br />including necessary street resurfacing and restora,tion of drainage facilities, <br />and to equalize the same as to them seems proper, in accordance with 7..aw and with <br />said Resolution No. 69-177. <br />Section 2: The Board shall first meet for the above purpose at the Council <br />Ghambers in the City Hall on the 30th day of December ? 1969 .9 at <br />g;pp o'clock p.m. and upon the ccxnpletion of such equalization shall report <br />such equalized assessments to Council. <br />Section 3: This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety <br />of said City, and for the further reason that the immediate construction of said <br />improvement is necessaxy to protect the health of the abutting owners and the <br />inhabitants of the City; wherefore, this resolution shall be in full force and <br />effect from and immediately after its passage and approval. <br />P.ASSED: '?l 6 b?? <br />ATTEST (??I?
