Aft <br />ORDINANCE NO. 69-,Q Y 4 <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE POSITION OF DOG <br />WARDEN WITHIN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED AIVD REPEALING PARTS OF <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2414, EIVACTED DECEMBER 18, 1956, <br />AND ORDIIVAIVCE NO. 2098, ENACTED MARCH 1, 1955, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT ORDAIIVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That the Service Departmen-t of the City of Notth Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized to appoint an employee of the Service Department as <br />Dog Warden for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Section 2. That any ather Ordinancesor Resolutions, or parts of <br />Ordinances or parts of Resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisians <br />of this Ordinance are hereby regealed with the effective date of this Ordinance, <br />especially Ordinance No.- 66-153, 'enacted July 19, 1966, Ordinance No. 2414, <br />enacted December 18, 1956 and Ordinance No. 2098, enacted March 1, 1955. <br />Section 3. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health and <br />welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that it is of immediate necessity to have <br />a Dog Warden within the City of North Olmsted for the purpose of protecting the <br />public peace, safety, health and welfare of the residence of North Olmsted. <br />WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: I 6 I96q <br />ATTEST: <br />W4? <br />Florence Holm, Clerk of Council <br /> <br />Francis J.
