<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE IVO. 69-k/ D PAGE 4 <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1133.13 Powers In Rectard To An Appeal <br />( A) The practical difficulty or unnecessary hardship, which is <br />inherent in and is peculiar to the premises sought to be <br />used because of physical size, shape, or other character- <br />istics of such premises, or adjoining premises, which <br />differentiate such premises sought to be used from other <br />premises in the same district, and as to such premises <br />sought to be used, will create a difficulty or hardship <br />caused by a strict application of the provisions of the <br />Zoning Code not generally shared by other lands or <br />structures in the same district, and <br />Section 5. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, is hereby <br />amended by enacting Section 1133.17 reading as follows: <br />1133.17 Expiration <br />Any ruling, determination or order of the Board of Zoning <br />Appeals shall expire one ( 1) year from the effective date <br />of such ruling, determination or order. <br />Section 6. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section <br />1141.08 entitled " Districts Listed, " now reading as follows: <br />1141.08 Districts Listed <br />" The Municipality is hereby divided into thirteen ( 13 ) use <br />districts, all of which are designated on the Zone Map by <br />appropriate symbols or marking, which districts shall be <br />known , in order of restrictiveness, except for Hi-Rise <br />Classes, beginning with the most restrictive, as : <br />Residence District <br />Cluster Development in A Residence District <br />B Residence District <br />C Residence District <br />Two-Family Residence District <br />Multiple Residence District <br />Local Retail Business District <br />General Retail Business District <br />House Trailer District <br />Limited Industry District <br />Mixed Use District <br />Class A Hi-Rise Residential <br />Class B Hi-Rise - Business Office and <br />Professional.
