<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 69- zcj I <br />BY?. <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION TENNYSON <br />DRIVE ( 914 lineal feet ) BEGINNING AT BYRON DRIVE <br />NORTHWARD TO THE CUL-DE-SAC, SANDS SUBDIVlSION <br />NO. 4. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council that all of <br />the improvements shown on the improvement plans of Sands Subdivision No. <br />4, previously approved by this Council, have been completed in accordance <br />with the plans and specifications shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, St ate of Oh'io : <br />Section 1. That this Council does hereby accept for dedication Tenny- <br />son Drive ( 914 lineal feet ) beginning at Byron Drive northward to the cul-de- <br />sac, in the Sands Subdivision No. 4. <br />Section 2.
