-ff A <br />,?. <br />CITY OF IVORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 69-P97 <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION OPPOSING THE APPLICATION FOR <br />A LIQUOR PERMIT WITHIN THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED BY EMIL J. VLAD DBA PAR THREE, AND <br />DECLARING RN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 4303.261 of the Ohio Revised Code the <br />IVorth Olmsted Legislative Authority was notified of application No. N 9290637- <br />0005 for a D-5 permit in the name of Emil J. Vlad dba Par Three, 26092 Lorain <br />Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, and <br />WHEREAS, Section 4303. 261 of the Ohio Revised Code provided for the <br />Legislative Authority to object to the issuance of an application for a liquor <br />permit within thirty ( 30 ) days of the date of the notification of such application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, does <br />hereby exercise its right to object to the issuance of a D-5 permit applied for <br />under application No. N 9290637-0005 by Emil J. Vlad dba Par Three, 26092 <br />Lorain Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, and does direct the Clerk of Council to <br />send by certified mail to the Department of Liquor Control : <br />1. One ( 1) certified copy of this Resolution. <br />2. One ( 1) signed statement , in writing, listing the reasons for <br />the objections. <br />and prays that the Department of Liquor Control set a time and date for a member <br />of this Council to be heard on this matter. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health and <br />welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that the Ohio Revised Code provides for <br />the Legislative Authority to object to the issuance of an application.
