CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 69-l9;L <br />By : <br />A RESOLUTION CONMENDING DONALD J. CONNDLLEY, JR. ON <br />THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE EAGLE SCOUT AWARD <br />WHEREAS, Council has been apprised that the Eagle Award will <br />be presented to Donald J. Connelley, Jr., of 6047 Somerset Drive, North <br />Olmsted, Ohio on November 23, 1969, at an Eagle Scout Court of Honor to <br />be held at the Community Cabin in North Olmsted, Ohio, and <br />WHEREAS, said Donald Connalley has attained the rank of <br />Tenderfoot in March, 1967, Second Class in July, 1967, First Class in <br />November, 1967, Star in February, 1968, and Life in July, 1968 in <br />Troop 682, and <br />WHEREAS, the said Donald transferred to Troop 700 in February, <br />1969, and has now attained EaQle, and <br />WHEREAS, said Donald is a member of the Order of the Arrow and <br />a member of John Knox Presbyterian Church, and <br />WHEREAS, the reception of the Eagle Scout Award by this deserv- <br />ing and outstanding youth is a noteworthy accomplishment deserving of <br />the accolade of the entire community, <br />NOW, THEREF0RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That this Council extends its heartiest congratula- <br />tions and best wishes to Donald J. Connv-lley, Jr., and to his parents. <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be, and she is hereby <br />requested, to transmit a copy of this Resolution to Donald J.
