? ,. <br />df' <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 69- 190 <br />? <br />BY)n <br />?7 <br />F. <br />A RESOLIJTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORD PURPOSES <br />ONLY THE jOHN MCCROIVE SUBDIVISION NO. 3, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the John McCrone Subdivision No. 3 has here- <br />tofore been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and re- <br />ferred to Council , and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains forty ( 40 ) sublots and two ( 2) <br />streets, to-wit: Blossom Lane and Sanders Lane, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being <br />in conformance to the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olms ted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval of <br />the Planning Commission of the plat of the john McCrone Subdivision No. 3, <br />and having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements <br />of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby ap- <br />proves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />Section 2. Whereby this Resolution is declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health <br />and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that the development of the City <br />of North Olmsted may proceed in an orderly manner as rapidly as possible. <br />WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PAS SE D: <br />ATTEST: <br />Florence Holm, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />Ralph E.
