f ?a <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 69-178 <br />BY )?O. <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION TERRACE <br />DRIVE FROM McK€NZIE ROAD 925 LINEAL FEET EAST <br />TO THE CORPORATE LINE, IN THE ENG€1GLIA AND <br />CIPITI SUBDIVISION. <br />WHERFAS, the City Engineer has reported to the Council <br />that all of the improvements shown on the improvement plans of the <br />Engoglia and Cipiti Subdivision, previously approved by this Council, <br />have been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications <br />shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That this Council does hereby accept for <br />dedication Terrace Drive from McKenzie Road 925 lineal feet east <br />to the Corporate Line, in the Engoglia and Cipiti Subdivision. <br />Section 2: That this Ordinance is hereby determined to <br />be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public <br />health, safety and wel.fare of the City, such emergency existing by <br />virtue of the immediate necessity of fixing the immediate responsibility <br />of the safety, maintenance and protection of the streets involved: <br />WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage, otherwise at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />l <br />PASSED: , ?'G,,,, T?,?v ? ?7G <br />? <br />\ <br />ATTE S T: <br />Florence Holm, Clerk of <br />Council <br />L_.''i"? •,"' <br />APPROVED: y'?/7C <br />Ralph 11.
