CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />8E9OLUTTClN N0. 69-174 <br />BY 2j/r . ?4.a•? <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />CHEMICAL GROUTING AND TELEVISION WORK <br />IN OUR SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Director of Public Service be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for <br />chemical grouting and television work in our sewers, all <br />in accordance with specifications now on file in his office, <br />and that upon approval by the Board of Control the Mayor is <br />hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same <br />on behalf of the City of North Olmsted for the said chemical <br />grouting and television work in City of North Olmsted's sewers. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the public peace, safety, <br />health and welfare of the City by virtue of the necessity of <br />undertaking said chemical grouting and television work in the <br />City's sewers, and to better serve the citizens of North Olmsted. <br />WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force im- <br />mediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />i' <br />r F <br />Florence Holm, Clerk of Council Francis J. 0'N ill, President of Council <br />APPROVED: /Q/7/G p <br />I / <br />Ralp E.
