<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 69-I b9 <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />100 TONS OF CINDERS A1VD 1500 <br />TONS OF SALT. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids of / Q0 tons of cinders and Z".5-00 tons <br />of salt for use on the streets , all in accordance with specifications now on <br />file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control the Mayor <br />is hereby authorized to e nter into a contract and execute same on behalf of <br />the City of North Olmsted for the said cinders and salt. <br />Section 2.
