.. <br />•r <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINAIVCE NO. 69- <br />AN ORDIIVANCE ADOPTING AN ORGANIZATIONAL CHART <br />FOR THE BUS DEPARTMEIVT OF THE CITY C?P IVORTH OLMSTED <br />TO BE HEADED BY THE SERVICE DIRECTOR AND IN ADDITION <br />THERETO PROVIDING POSITIONS FOR EMPLOYEES OF THIS <br />DEPARTMENT, AND REPEALING ORDINAIVCE NO. 67-90, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, Council wishes to adopt Organizational Charts for all <br />employees in the City of North Olmsted for the purposes of identification as <br />to duties performed, and <br />WHEREAS, the Bus Department employs certain personnel to carry out <br />the responsibilities of the Department, both as to maintenance and to drivers , <br />NOW, THEREFORE, B£ iT'ORDAIIVED, bythe Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. The Bus Department is under the jurisdiction of the <br />Service Director of the City of IVorth Olmsted who shall be in charge of all <br />phases of operations and repairs, and who is authorized to employ personnel <br />as set forth below. <br />Section 2. The General Manager of the North Olmsted Bus Line who <br />shall be in charge of the Superintendent of the North Olmsted Bus Line, the <br />Superintendent shall be in charge of the Supervisor of Operations and Super- <br />visors of Maintenance. <br />Section 3. The Supervisor of Operations shall be in charge of thirty- <br />five ( 35 ) drivers and four ( 4) part-time drivers. <br />Section 4. The Supervisor of Maintenance shall be in charge of <br />three ( 3) Equipment Mechanics, eleven ( 11 ) Equipment Servicemen , and <br />all part-time labor in the Maintenance Department of the IVorth Olmsted Bus <br />Line. <br />Section 5. That all ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances <br />or parts of resolations inconsistent hwexwith to the provisions of this Ordinance <br />and especially Ordinance No. 67-90 are hereby repealed with the effective date <br />of this Ordinance. <br />Section 6. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to <br />forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Finance Director, Service Director and <br />General Manager of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line.
