<br />ORDINANCE NO. 69-J6? <br />BY <br />,-? <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />ACCEPT REAL PROPERTY ON NORTH PARK DRIVE, <br />FOR STREET PURPOSES, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted needs a parcel of land <br />in front of the real property owned by Tony Incorvaia and Mary Incorvaia, <br />for street purposes, in order to widen N'orth Park Drive, and <br />WHEREAS, Tony and Mary Incorvaia have agreed to dedicate , <br />for street purposes, a parcel of land 50 feet in width and 80.01 feet in <br />length, beingthe nQrtherly 50 feet of Permanent Parcel No. 232-5-83, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Council now wishes to authorize the Mayor to accept <br />said dedication of said property. w <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City <br />of N'orth Olmsted, State of OYa o: <br />Section 1. That the Mayor is authorized to accept for dedication <br />a parcel of land 50 feet in width and 80.01 feet in length from Tony Incorvaia <br />and Mary Incorvaia, being the owners of Permanent Parcel IVo. 232-5-83, <br />and to pay the sum of One ($1.00 ) Dollar for said parcel of land. <br />Section 2. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency <br />measure neces5ary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health <br />and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that this parcel of land is <br />necessary to alleviate a road block on North Park Drive now existing. <br />WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />?eA <br />PASSED. <br />? <br />ATTEST: <br />, <br />Florence Holm, Clerk of Council <br />Z <br />t ? <br />Francis J.
