RESOLUTION 1V0. 69- <br />BY IF <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE AMEnTDMEIVT TO <br />SANDS SUBDIVISION NO. I FOR RECORD PURPOSES <br />ONLY, AIVD DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of The Amendment to Sands Subdivision No. I <br />has heretofore been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved <br />and referred to Council ; and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains four ( 4) sublots and no <br />streets ; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance to the resolutions and ordinances of the City of <br />IVorth Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of IVorth Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval <br />of the Planning Commission of the plat of The Amendment to Sands Subdivision <br />No. I,an d having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the re- <br />quirements of the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, <br />hereby approves said plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />safety, health and welfare of the City by virtue of the necessity that the <br />development of the City proceed in an orderly manner as rapidly as possible. <br />WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />C 1- <br />PASSED: .r•c La?96y <br />ATTEST: <br />CQJ 9?/?/?_ <br />QzW_'C/ <br />Florence Holm, Clerk of Council <br />Francis J.
