? <br />? <br />C iTY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0, JAO"113+ <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLA7'ION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0.236-3-2 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR Sidewalk Construction <br />,AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of sidewalks. <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Kanareff of <br />have paid the sum of $123.24 in payment of said special assessments, in advance, <br />for the tax years 1969 through 1971 , inclusive, together with accrued interest <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No.236-3-2 in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohioo <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 69through 19 71, inclusive <br />assessments in full for, construction of sidewalk <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 1969 through 1971 , inclusive, amounting to <br />$ 123•34 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No, 236-3-2 , for sidewalk construction. <br />Section 5; Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after tts passage, other°wise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASS ED: (o <br />? r1.0..?. • ` <br />Francis J. 0'Nei ul resident of Council <br />ATT EST: <br />?-./ <br />Me'aYA.'il°Pt T 1•I°°-i•9 Clerk 0f CounCil <br />APPROVED: 71116 f <br />.04?oeo Lf?? <br />Ralph .
