<.? <br />C ITY OF NORTfi OLMSZ'ED <br />RESOLUTION N0.-?? <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NECESSITY OF CONSTRUCTING <br />CERTAIN SIDEWALKS OP1 SOUTH BARI.'ON ROAD IN THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OI,MTED? OHIOj, REQUIRING THAT ABUTTING <br />PROPER'I'Y (7WNERS CONSTRUCT THE SAME ., AND DECLAFtING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga <br />County., Ohio: <br />Section l. 7hat it is necessary to construct concrete sidewalks <br />on both sides of South Barton Road from Lorain Roa.d southerly 2,716 feet <br />in the City of North Olmsted., Ohio, 3.n accorclance with the plans., specifi- <br />cations and estimates of cost therefor prepared by the City Engineer and now <br />on file in the office of the Clerk of Council. <br />Section 2. That the plans., specifications and estimate of cost for <br />said construction as heretofore filed be and the same are hereby approved. <br />Section 3. That the owners of all lots and lands bounding and abutting <br />upon the proposed sidewalks shall construct, in accordaxice with the plans and <br />specifications now on file, the portion of such sidewalks a.butting on their <br />respective properties w3thin a period of thirty days after service of notice of <br />the passage of this resalution; and., if such construction sha11 not be completed <br />tirithin such period of thirty days, then this Council shall have the same done <br />and the entire cost thereof shall be assessed upon the property of each defavlt- <br />ing owner and made a lien thereon., to be collected in the manner pravided by la.w, <br />with penalty and interest as provided by la.w. <br />Section 4. That the Clerk of this Council is directed to cause a <br />written notice of the passage of this resolution to be served on each affected <br />property owner as required by law. <br />Section 5.
