For garden-type apartments, one-half of the required <br />number of spaces shall be enclosed. <br />b. For medium-rise apartments, one-third of the required <br />number of spaces shall be enclosed either underground <br />or wholly enclosed within the exterior walls of the <br />building. <br />c. For office buildings, one space every 150 square feet <br />of floor area. <br />1206.07 Densitv - Multifamilv <br />When the tract is used for multifamily use, the dwelling <br />unit density of the tract shall be determined according to <br />the following schedule: <br />a. The density of the tract shall not exceed 25 dwelling units <br />per acre - a combination of garden-type and medium-ris2 <br />apartments. <br />b, The density of the garden apartments shall not exceed 16 <br />dwelling units per acre. <br />1206.08 Minimum Dwellina Unit Area <br />The minimum dwelling unit area shall be as required in <br />Section 1205.09. <br />1206.09 Heiqht Limitations <br />The height of a building shall be controlled by the side <br />yard requirements from Section 1206.05 with a maximum of <br />35 feet or 2 1/2 stories for garden-type and 70 feet, or <br />seven stories, for a medium-rise apartment or office building. <br />Appurtenances referred to in Section 1155.04 may ex- <br />tend to an additional height not to exceed ten (10) feet. <br />1206.10 Accessorv ZTses <br />Accessory uses shall be permitted subject to the limitations <br />of Section 1151.04.
