?. ? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 69-129 PAGE 13 <br />1206.16 Recreation Space for Multifamilv Uses <br />a. A space shall be set aside for active or passive recreation <br />according to the nature of the development. Plans for use of <br />this space shall be approved by the Planning Commission. <br />b. A program for the construction of such recreation areas shall be <br />approved as part of the original developments and such program <br />shall be followedconcurrent with construction of the building. <br />1206.17 Public Street and Communitv Facilities <br />a. In order to provide for convenience of access, to reduce or pre- <br />vent congestion in the public streets, to expedite the provision <br />of adequate transportation facilities, and to protect against danger <br />and congestion in travel and transportation, the applicant's tract <br />shall include at least one point of access to a four-lane arterial <br />street, or he must provide information concerning his plans for <br />providing such access. All developments shall front on a dedicated <br />street. <br />b. In order to protect against undue density of population in relation <br />to community facilities, existing and available , and to expedite <br />the provisions of adequate water and sanitary and storm sewerage, <br />the applicant's tract shall have sanitary and storm sewers and <br />water immediately available to it or he must provide to the <br />Planning Commission, Council and City Engineer, information <br />c oncerning his plans for providing sewer and water facilities to <br />the tract. Such sewer and water facilities shall have sufficient <br />capacity to serve the site without endangering the system's <br />capacity to meet commitments elsewhere. <br />Section 13. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section <br />1212.02 ( Sub-Paragraph C) entitled " Schedule :of Required Parking, " now <br />reading as follows: <br />1212.02 Sehedule of Reauired Parkinq <br />( C) " Multi-Family dwellings 1 1/2 spaces per dwelling unit. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1212.02 Schedule of Reauired Parkincr <br />( C) Multifamily dwellings according to the following schedule : <br />Efficiency and 1 bedroom units 1 1/2 spaces per unit <br />2 bedroom units 1 3/4 spaces per unit <br />3 bedroom units 2 1/2 spaces per unit <br />Section 14. That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962 , Section <br />1215. 01 entitled " Approval of Plans", now reading as follows: <br />1215.01 Approval of Plans <br />Detailed drawings of off-street parking and loading facilities shall <br />be submitted for approval to the Building Official before an appli- <br />cation for a building permit is approved, except that such drawings <br />shall not be required for the development of one and two -
