? <br />> <br />.w.. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 69- <br />BY ??' h "I <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WERWAGE SUBDIVISION <br />FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY, AIVD DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Werwage Subdivision has heretofore <br />been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and mferred <br />to Council ; and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision contains two ( 2) sublots and no <br />streets ; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformanee to the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio : <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the approval <br />of the Planning Commission of the.plat of Werwage Subdivision, and <br />having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements <br />of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby <br />approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />Section 2. Whereby this Resolution is declared to be and emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health <br />and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that the development of the City <br />of North Olmsted may proceed in an orderly manner as rapidly as possible. <br />WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passagP, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />? <br />ATTEST: <br />r2.t.?c C.2? <br />Florence Holm, Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: 6/?711,,9 <br />? <br />Francis J.
