. ? <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 69-127 <br />1-%, <br />PAGE 2 <br />That the compensation of Baton Instructors and Cheer Leading Instructors <br />is hereby fixed and determined to be the sum of $50. 00 per week, for a period <br />not to exceed 8 weeks during the summer months, which period of 8 weeks shall <br />be determined by the Recreation Commission. <br />That the canpensation of Art Instructors, Music Instructors and Football <br />Coaches shall be $10.00 per 2 hour class session. <br />That the compensation of the Softball Program Director is hereby fixed <br />and determined to be the sum of $300. 00 per year. <br />That the compensation of Softball Instructors, Soccer Instructors, <br />Basketball Instructors, and Volleyball Instructors shall be $7.00 per 2 hour <br />class session. <br />That the compensation of Nature Curators, not to exceed 5 in number, <br />shall be $30.00 each, per summer session. <br />That the compensation of Umpires shall be $6.00 each, per game. <br />That the compensation of Gymnasium Assistants and Winter Sports <br />Instructors shall be $7.00 per 2 hour class session. <br />That the compensation of the Community Band Director shall be <br />$360.00 per year, payable monthly. <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />a copy of this Ordinance to the Finance Director immediately upon its passage. <br />Section 3. That Ordinance No. 68-176, enacted November 6, 1968, and <br />all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions, <br />inconsistent . herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance, are hereby repealed <br />with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 4. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, safety, health <br />and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that this organizational and pay <br />schedule is necessary for the recreation program.
