Further, the Municipality will, on or before the lst day cf June 1.n <br />each of the years 1969 and thereafter, make a payment of Six Hundred Dollars <br />($600.00) into the County Treasury for similar purposes. The Commissioners <br />will pay such service and maintenance charges for the equipment instruments <br />installed for the Municipality, and will, wiChin a reasonable time after <br />June lst in each qear covered by this Agreement, account to the Municipality <br />for the actual payments made by the Cammissi:,ners ir, the Mu,xicipaiity`s behalf. <br />Any surplus shown by such accounting shaZl promptly be returned to the Munici- <br />pality by the Commissioners, or at the election of the Municipality, credited <br />to the next annual payment, if any, due from the Municipality. The Cor?anissioners <br />will from County funds bear the cost of installation, service, and maintenance <br />of the equipment and instruments to be installed in the office of the Sheriff. <br />(4) This Agreement shall become effective as of June 1, 1969, only on <br />condition that it has been duly authorized and executed in behalf of each party <br />hereto, and that the first payment to be made by the Municipality has been mAde, <br />and alao that similar agreements have been duly authorized and executed and <br />payments thereunder made on behalf of at least ten municipalities in Cuyahoga <br />County, Ohio. Similar agreements maq also be made and powers exercised and <br />services rendered thereunder between the Commissioners and any municipalities <br />in Cuyahoga County or adjoining counties. <br />This Agreement shall be in force from June 1, 1969, and shall continue <br />in full force and effect thereafter, unless terminated by either party upon <br />sixty (60) days written notice to the other party of an intention to terminate, <br />and provided further that this Agreement may be rescinded by the Commissioners <br />on similar notice, at any time when similar Agreements are not in effect between <br />the Commissioners and at least ten (10) municipalities in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />This Agreement may also be rescinded by the Cotmnissioners at any time at wlhich <br />the Commissioners are unable to procure the necessary installation, service, <br />and maintenance of equipment and instruments of the Ohio Bell Telephone Company <br />for said Teletvnu_ System a::d servi:.e between the oiri.ce o;: the Sheritf ancl the <br />Municipality. <br />In case of such rescission, the Comnissioners shall promptly account for <br />and pay over to the Municipalities any monies paid by the Municipality under <br />2
