Mariner <br />Permanent Parcel No. 234-22-22 <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Olmsted Town- <br />ship Lot No. 10 in Tract IVo. 6, and bounded and described as follows: <br />Starting at a point in the center line of Stearns Roa d( 60 feet wide ), <br />distant southerly measured along said center line,117. 31 feet from the <br />intersection of said center line and the northerly line of land conveyed <br />to Elijah Stearns, Jr. , by dee recorded in Volume 398, Page 78, of <br />Cuyahoga County Records and Deeds: thence south 89° OS' 40" east <br />parallel with the northerly line of land so conveye to Elijah Stearns, Jr. , <br />a distance of 300.00 feet to the point of beginning ; thence continuing <br />south 89 ° 05' 40" east a distance of 442. 79 feet to a point in the east- <br />erly line of said original Lot No. 10, in Tract No. 6; thence south <br />1° 09' SO" west, along the easterly line of said original Lot No. 10, <br />a distance of 58. 64 feet ; thence north 89 ° 05' 40" west a distance <br />of 442.90 feet ; thence north 1° 16' east, parallel with the center line <br />of Stearns Road a distance of 58. 64 feet to the place of beginning, and <br />containing 0.58 acre of land, be the same more or less, but subject to <br />all legal highways. <br />Rear Portion - John P. That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized and directed <br />to cause written notive of the passage of this Resolution to be given to the <br />owners of, or persons in possession of, or having an interest or record in the <br />above described real estate, or to their authorized agents, and said notiee <br />shall be served according to law by a person to be designated for that purpose <br />by the Mayor and to make return of such service in the manner provided by law.
