That Ordinance No. 62-33, enacted June 19, 1962, Section <br />1174.04 " Side Yard Regulations of Building Other Than Dwellings, " now <br />reading as follows: <br />1174.04 Side Yard Regulations of Buildings Other Than <br />Dwellings <br />" In a Retail Business District, a building ?other than a dwelling <br />shall not require a side yard except when bordering on any <br />Residence District, in which case a side yard shall be provided <br />adjacent to such a district, equal in minimum width to the mini- <br />mum width to the minimum width required by such Residence <br />District. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1174; 04 Side Yard Regulations of Buildings Other Than <br />Dwellings <br />In a Retail Business District, a building other than a dwelling <br />shall be a minimum side yard of five ( 5) feet or shall be <br />placed on the property line, the location of said poperty line <br />to be certified by a registered surveyor. If a Retail Business <br />District should border upon any Residence District a side <br />yard shall be provided adjacent to such district, equal to the <br />minimum s,ide yard required by such Residence tiistrict. <br />Section 9. That Ordinance IVo. 62-33 , enacted June 19, 1962, Section <br />1191. 03 ( Paragfa'ph LSpecified Uses Permitted in Limited Industry Districts, " <br />now reading as follows : <br />1191.03 Specified Uses Permitted in Limited Industry Districts <br />( LThe following uses if located not less than one <br />hundred ( 100 ) feet from any Residence District: <br />1. Repair qarage for repairing or painting of motor <br />vehichle s . <br />2. Bulk storage or warehouse for such materials as <br />building materials, contractors' equipment, cotton, <br />wool, fabrics, feed, furniture, hardware, machinery, <br />materials other than scrap or junk, paint, pipe, rubber, <br />shop or store supplies provided there shall be no storage <br />of discarded or salvage articles or of any material out- <br />side the buildings. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />1191.03 Specified Uses Permitted in Limited Industry Districts <br />( L) The following uses if located not less than one <br />hundred ( 100 ) feet from any Residence District : <br />1. Bulk storage or warehouse for such materials as <br />building- materials, contractors' equipment, cotton, <br />wool, fabrics, feed, furniture, hardware, machinery, <br />materials other than scrap or junk, paint, pipe, rubber, <br />shop or store supplies provided there shall be no storage <br />of discarded or salvage articles or of any material out- <br />side the buildings. <br />( Subparagraph 1 is repealed by this amendment and <br />paragraph 2 becomes paragraph 1)
