**k <br />? <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 69- l0r <br />BY ?_. <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR <br />OF PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS <br />FOR THERMOPLASTIC STRIPING FOR THE <br />STRIPING OF THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO <br />EXCEED $6, 000. 00, AIVD DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, <br />State of Ohio : <br />Section l. That the Director of Public Service be and he is <br />hereby authorized to advertise for bids for Thermoplastic Striping for <br />the striping of the streets of the City of North Olmsted, according to <br />the specifications now on file in his office, and in an amount not to <br />exceed $6,000.00, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute <br />same on behalf of the City of N'orth Olmsted. <br />Section 2. That thisResolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />safety, health and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that the <br />street marking program of the City of North Olmsted must begin im- <br />mediately for the year 1969.
