i <br />?. <br />'. .' <br />t <br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />c???? z , 1969 <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO: <br />The undersigned as fiscal officer of the City of North Olmsted, <br />hereby certifies as follows: <br />l. The estimatecl life of the improvement of Southern Avenue, <br />Decker Road and Midvale Avenue by grading, draining, curbing, paving, con- <br />structing sidewalks, and installing sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water <br />curb connections where necessary in accordance with Resolution No. 68-137 <br />is at 1.east five years. <br />2. That the maximum maturity of bonds to be issued for the con- <br />struction of such improvement calculated in accordance with Revised Code <br />Section 133.20 would be twenty years, but by reason of the assessments in <br />anticipation of which said bonds are to be issued being collection over ten <br />years, the maximum maturity of said bonds is ten years. <br />3.
