A <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 69-17 <br />BY ? . <br />A RESOLUTION COMNNIENDING JOSEPH KICZEK ON <br />THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE EAGLE SCOUT AWARD, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Council has been apprised that the Eagle <br />Scout Award will be presented to Joseph Kiczek on February 8, <br />1969; and <br />WHEREAS, this Award will be presented at an Eagle Scout <br />Court of Honor; and <br />WHEREAS, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Kiczek of <br />5730 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, Ohio, Joseph Kiczek is sixteen <br />_years old; and <br />WHEREAS, said Joseph has received many awards and honors <br />as a member of the Boy Scouts of America; and <br />WHEREAS, the reception of the Eagle Scout Award by this <br />zealous and outstanding youth is a noteworthy accomplishment de- <br />serving of the accolade of the entire community. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l. That this Council extend the heartiest con- <br />gratulations and best wishes to Joseph Kiczek and Mr. and Mrs. <br />Stanley Kiczek. <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />requested to transfer a copy of this Resolution to Joseph Kiczek. <br />Section 3. That this Resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />safety, health and welfare of the City of North Olmsted by virtue of <br />the fact that the awardt will be presented to the aforementioned Eagle <br />Scout on February 8, 1969.
